another reccomendation for the sideways pencils that rapidly go up and down, if you can jump right at it's peak at a certain distance away from the pencil, and jump with the same distance you can go over 2 pencils at once, really helpful in phase 2. If you want a visual representation, turning on shadows can help you find the distance, by standing where the shadow is when it rises.
And for the normal and blue spinner, going through the left is viable via some patience. You jump in front of the spinner and wait for the regular colored one to sweep by, and then you jump and barely tap W. It's important to move at the PEAK of your jump, so you won't be hit by the blue pencil. If you aren't confident, you can move after jumping over any amount of regular pencils. Just be patient and cautious.
I dont know how you can beat the fight anymore, cause lad added the fnf invasion silly bs on both phases, and its now almost impossible with those lasers minion heads, can smn giv me any tips or sum?

And lad's discord server admins are not verifying me ( i got all the reqs to join his server) so i cant ask anyone there.
Trick for rising platforms I use:count to 2.5 seconds, if the blue wall is far or just went away, go. For phase 2, same thing, but wait until you are facing right of the platform(cant really explain it)
in phase 1 after the last pencil spin before the 3 side pencils you can fit in the gap in between the side pencil and the pencil spin however the gap is very tight so if your not very thin you will get hit so try at your own risk but it can help a bit
I have lots of other walkthroughs, none for bad time / chapter 1, but I do have a walkthrough for chapter 2, insanity elmo, and dustbelief kermit. Wish you luck.

ok this helped a lot i haven't finished the fight yet but still however one strategy isn't great using a controller on the phase 2 platforms when you are so used to keyboard and mouse but other then that all of the strategy in this were good and helped

You'll still have to put a lot of time and effort into this, as it is a very difficult boss. This video cannot make you any better, but rather it is designed to give you more confidence and a better understanding of what to do. I will be doing a tutorial on Old Insanity Elmo next. After that is probably Evol Dust, but I'm not entirely decided on that yet. Don't worry, pretty much every boss by Lad (Excluding Error Elmo) is easier than this fight. Just as a friendly reminder, to unlock this boss you must finish both Chapter 2 and Dustbelief Kermit.

I've been trying to beat this boss so hard and I just cannot make it anywhere near the end of the Raspberry Tea Disaster part, and now I'm burnt out. Funny enough, I got to the point where everything is easy except phase 2 platforms (btw for phase 2 blue and normal spinner go right and jump as soon as the first regular tip comes at you, and time jumps a little bit)
The platforms in phase 2 give me the most trouble throughout the entire fight, I'm able to do it, it's just that I panic too much and end up off the platforms because of me spinning too much.
Just a thought why does lad like muppet tale characters so much well makes sense cause there cool in all but ok also I feel nervous if I have low health and go on hard attacks also I think u need to count to like 2 to get pass the falling spin pencil thing
at the final attacks (after the platforms) your probably very tired take a break if you need to cause you might be a bit panicky after that so just calm down before taking on the final attacks unless you work really well under that feeling then just do it
typical of obby creators players, every undertale thingy they see they want to make an obby, but for me I like doing harder thingys that involves systems lol

Old insanity, then Evol Dust. Evol dust is a huge project, not because of the difficulty but because of how chaotic and long it is, which makes doing a walkthrough on it REALLY difficult.

That's my next video planned. I'm not sure when I should do it since I sound a bit fucked up with my wisdom teeth out. Old insanity is easier than kermit imo so it won't be too bad. If you feel discouraged keep in mind that phase 2 is literally just phase 1 but darker. The pencils are placed in such a way that they don't do anything. It's basically the exact same thing.
