It came from a name I got when I was younger, they said I had a sinister appearance (I always dressed in black well piercings and so on lol) and people started calling me sinster. Eventually I changed the spelling over the years; Sinista, Synista and settled on Syn. I admined a Metal page on facebook about 2 years ago and added an X to it (Like the industrial-metal band Static-X) so I was Syn-X, and well I removed the dash and started going under just Synx as my artist name. :)
