This was a great little series. And who knew Yellowstone is a backpacking "secret". My first thought when your sawyer got plugged up was "I wonder if a Coyote Well would work near that river?"

One of the best backpacking trips I have done was Yellowstone. We covered part of the southwest part of the part - a long way from this trip. Waterfalls and backcountry thermal features were the highlights.

Near the end of this video there is a tall pole fence upslope and to the right of the trail. Is that a boundary line for the park? I've dayhiked in Yellowstone before with my family on some very accessible trails and still you meet almost or maybe no one. People like their cars. I will say in Zion, another very popular park, the younger folks do get out on the trails more. Nice job with this series. I noted in another comment and your reply that your daughter recovered well, and you too, from COVID. Glad to hear that. Take care.

Thanks for the response Bungzy. I enjoy your channel. I really like your ultralight approach of getting down to business and then ending your vlogs without a lot unnecessary words. Of course the content is superb. Take care.

I hope your daughter recovers well and fast. Tourist attractions in Yellowstone are amazing, but its back country is special.

You would only really catch fish in that mud with live bait. You could have used the grasshopper. Visually appealing flies probably not a good option. Always good content.
