a quick note to say that i'm really enjoying the vfx on the dekmantel coverage - something new compared to standard festival coverage and gives the dancers a bit more anonymity!
it also offers a more realistic depiction of what the people there were probably seeing

I've been a fan of Avalon Emerson for a 10 mins now and love all her work. This set is amazing, as is to be expected.
It happen when you hear her for the first time
check out her indie solo project "& the charm". got to see her perform it in LA, twas lit. Def bit more indie than edm so not sure if that is your jam.
I'm gonna see her DJ for the first time this Saturday. So excited!
Saw Avalon in 2019 at Pukkelpop in Belgium and it was an absolutely sublime set. I started raving in '93 and been fortunate enough since then to see pretty much every DJ on my wish list. That couple of hours she played there though was something else and one of the only occasions I've experienced where each tune played was even better than the one before. Never had a sustained build like that and would give anything to get a recording of the set!

That's the track before last and it's Avalon's remix of Carbon Dioxide. The last one is a remix of Avalon's song Sandrail Silhouette. Both crazy bangers!
