Tiffany always made me think of a real life Snow White. She just had the most gorgeous features, that clear skin and lovely dark eyebrows, like a Disney animated character come to life.
So true. Aside from the fact that she was arguably the most popular EastEnders character of the 90s, Tiffany dying seemed so forced and wrong, and unnatural for where that character was headed. She had been in an abusive relationship and and had suffered so much on the show... it sent out a really ugly message to have her killed like that, and her baby daughter given over to the man who had treated her so badly.
But if Martine hadn't left Eastenders when she did, we wouldn't have had her music career which she wanted to do, there would be no Perfect Moment, no I've got You, no Love Me and Talking in Your Sleep, no I'm Over You and no On the Radio, so I'm glad that Martine left Eastenders when she did. Same for Patsy Palmer, Sid Owen and Ross Kemp which I'm glad they left in 1999 and 2000 to make way for new characters, such as Melanie, Steve, Lisa, Jamie, Billy and the slaters.

I would have liked to have seen a Grant Tiffany Sharon love triangle. It's a shame Letitia Dean left as soon as Martine McCutheon just arrived in EastEnders
Tiffany must be the only one who Peggy truely thought the world of. Even when she admitted Grant might not be the father she stuck by her. I was gutted when they killed Tiff off. Biggest mistake EastEnders made even bigger mistake than when they killed off Ronnie and Roxy in my view.
yeh, except ofcourse they are fictitious characters and as such Peggy did not think anything, as it was an actor, but you were correct apart from that minor point
Did you watch Eastenders in the 90s, it was obvious grants heart was with Sharon even when he was with Tiffany and why he treated her so badly. Anybody who says different mustn’t have very good observational skills.
In the end he realised that Tiff was "the love of his life". Shame it took so long and after sleeping with Tiff's mother! But I believe like most, you get more than one love of your life. And I truly believe he did love Sharon yes, but he also loved Tiff. They were the two loves of his life IMO. He was just troubled. He wanted his cakes and to eat them too. He and Phil were screwed up thanks to their childhood, what Eric did to them, Grant being in the army which caused PTSD... Like it does for many Veterans. He's moronic and a character in a TV soap but still....
@@MJQueenForever the writers even said that their entire relationship was based unrequited love so I’m not really sure why your trying to fight it. It is exactly the same as Phil & Lisa’s relationship only Tiffany got killed off
@Rose Vassiliou yes and I think the majority of us would agree that it was evident his one true love was Sharon, he was obviously arrogant and abusive to her but it was always evident that he loved her and was besotted with her. All we got from grant whilst in a relationship with tiff was he was only there for his daughter and saw her a nuisance hence why he told her to her face he didn’t love her, was willing to run away with Kathy and dump her for Lorraine hardly comparable, if you want a quote from the scriptwriter he literally said ‘grant was too damaged to ever love Tiffany properly’ you evidently missed the entire point of their relationship, you don’t fall in love with somebody because they had your kid, their age difference was obviously another factor also brought up 🤷🏽♀️
He was too ill to see he was sick. It must have been a nightmare for Lorraine, especially as she did have Grant behaving just as she described. For Joe to have a male role model like that in his life would be a worry. I know Grant meant well though, and did really love her. But she was right to end things.
Aaww i loved grant and tiff together. Grant didnt treat her right, far from it but she knew what he was like and always wanted him back anyways. they was both as bad as eachother lol it was one of those relationships
literally those two were just one of those couples they just kept on coming back to eachother tiff couldn’t help but still love grant even after everything grant did he did love tiffany but he just didn’t know how to show it in a healthy way he acknowledged how much he hurt Tiffany but that didn’t seem to matter to her.
Its just sad beacuse when tiffany first came on to the square she was storng and stubborn and beacuse grant did treat her right most of the time she became lost

It looks like Joe Wicks looks so much better and way more communicative than he was when he got sectioned twice under the mental health act in November 1996 & May 1997 and his skills have been improving ever since
tiffany and grant were just one of those couples they just loved to hate eachother grant treated tiff like crap but she still came running back to him because she loved him and as for grant he was adamant that he didn’t want tiffany but he ended up sleeping with her anyway it’s like they had this magnetic pull to eachother they were toxic but they just couldn’t help it.
Grant was awful to sharon then Tiffany but loving to Lorraine who didn't want him. She was beautiful but boring and he wanted to make a family with her when he had one with Tiffany. Although Grant was awful Lorraine treated him so badly. He was defending her with Joe and she turned on him. Joe had a point, she didn't seem to have long relationships and shouldn't have blamed him for her and Grant not working out. He had to go back Tiffany with his tail between his legs. Lorraine never wanted him and it wasn't about the kids, she said even if they were younger she wouldn't want him. He also shouldn't say he wanted Joe out the way so he could have her to himself
Tiffany is so pretty.
Tiffany always made me think of a real life Snow White. She just had the most gorgeous features, that clear skin and lovely dark eyebrows, like a Disney animated character come to life.
Lorraine was quite nice too 😝
looks great in that dress
Grant wasn’t a bad looking bloke but I always thought Tiffany was too hot for him.
Bianca's Hair, in the beginning, looked amazing.
best ive ever seen her tbh.
She was never a looker. Her hair was her main feature
Tiffany being killed was such a fuck up. She'd have been amazing in recent years imagine her and Sharon together with Grant in the mix.

Same here.
Eastenders was so much better then. ;*(
thx for the upload :D
loved those scenes :)
I think Tiffany was the only woman Grant actually loved because he changed after she died. But Grant was such a bully back in the 90s.

Grant was crazy, Lorraine was boring as fuck and he worshipped her, and Tiffany had an amazing personality and he treated her like rubbish.

Lorraine heard all about Grant and still went there. She was worse to have an affair with him.
About time someone put Joe in his place
This was one of the rare times Bianca came off as likable in my book. I didn't think she had it in her.

6:45 That was the exact second Grant started thinking he might have to kill Joe.
The thing that never rang true in this storyline was as if Grant would ever of chosen drippy Lorraine over Tiffany
Grant essentially saw Tiffany as a child & immature hence he treated her that way
Exactly, he only realised what he was going to lose when Tiffany was walking out and leaving him and then he realised.,.
Lorraine was physically attractive
Man Tiffany is fit
Grants such an abusive man.this goes to show how normalised this behavior was
couldn’t stand joe or Lorraine
8:05 Wow, that's just cold, Grant. Joe saw you as a badass surrogate father figure.
That is one cute baby! 😊👶
I know 😌
Joe has been forgotten about
Like nearly 90% of EE characters once they die or leave.
I think Dean Gaffney should have played Joe Wicks. He bares more than a passing resemblance to Lorraine
