Another question John. I used Tower Pro servos but the 6 inch extension will not fit in the tube. Did you splice into the servo wires?
Nope, the extensions fit no problem for me, you have to stagger them so they are not side by side though.
@@JohnVHRC The extension I have from Value Hobby, once plugged into the servo connect are too wide to fit into the tube. What brand and gauge did you use?
What size prop on the Ge force 2860-1200kv motor are you using? Thanks

I too just bought a Savage Bobber and GForce 2860-1200kv motor and was wondering what prop to start with thanks!!!
Im buillding one now and i went with 12g digital metal gear emax servos and a 45 amp 3s or 4s esc. Im not taking any chances. Also using a gyro. Lol
12g servo is overkill and I used a 9g. You don't need a 45 amp esc a 30 amp would be sufficient. If you need a gyro don't choose this plane.
