- Chad Marks from @bloodontherazorwiretv was the biggest dealer in the city of Rochester at the time when he got federally charged. He was sentenced to a mandatory minimum of 40 years in federal prison.
This is Chad's story of how he got in trouble, went to prison, and got his sentence reduced from 40 to 20.

Chad is definitely an intelligent dude. Sucks he lost 18 years of his life in the pen.
Nazis pioneered the idea of "letting the inmates run the prison". They'd use real Jewish gangsters to become Kapos (similar to a shot caller in American prison). The Kapos were the most sadistic, because the Germans threatened them into bullying their own people. After the war, the word "Kapo" was the worst insult a Jew could use against another Jew... All these tough guy shot callers need to learn this history, especially black guys using German Nazi methods to control and abuse their own...
The original reason for using Kapos was for the SS to save money... After the war, Kapos were punished, frequently with the death penalty...
