I love the video! You covered a couple aperitivi that I'd never heard of, much less seen on a local shelf. Have you ever considered partnering with Curiada to be able to offer the bottles you showcase to the majority of folks in the US? Some of my favorite RUclipsrs do this, and it's incredibly helpful to be able to order these elusive bottles online.
Such a variety, I want to be the taste tester, not fair you always get to do it, lol. I'm going for my dual citizenship so I can have both America and Italy, then I'm going to look for a small place to renovate and go to part of the year, maybe I'll meet up with you at 6pm in Italy, I'll be watching for you, lol. Great video, and presentation as always.
It sure would! Probably better than most other Negroni Bianco recipe in my opinion because the Biancosarti has reminiscence of Campari and Vermouth flavors.
Do most red apertivi, such as Luxardo Bitter, Contrato, & Meletti 1870 fit along the line between Aperol and Campari? Are there any other apertivi that are truly distinctive? For example, P31 sees unique.
Hi Jonathan. I think that is a good way to put it. They mostly fit in between Aperol and Campari but in their own unique way. P31 is very unique. The other ones to try are Dale Degroff’s Aperitivo (just launched) and Savoia. Have fun!
Do you think the biancosarti would work in a jungle bird (one of my fave tiki drinks)? Still bitter, but adding some banana notes? Might also be nice in a Kingston Negroni.
Great informative video! I love them all
Awesome. Thanks Stephane!
Fantastic as always Livio, Some great items that I have not tried before.
Thanks David. I hope you’re doing great
I echo what The Spirit of the Cocktail said, and as the old adage goes, "you learn something new everyday." Enjoying this learning adventure.
Happy you found value in it! Cheers and have a great day!
Spritz with the Ramazzotti rosato is awesome
Agreed!

That sounds amazing! There are so
many great places to invest in there!
This is so “The Sun Also Rises” from Ernest Hemingway. Love the fun glasses you can drink them in.
Hi ML! Thanks for watching! Hope you’re doing great!!!
@@MasterYourGlass yeah I still trying to laugh a lot. Take care of my friend.
Well done, Livio! I'm still thinking about that Biancosarti and whether and how it would work in a Negroni Bianco...

Love this content - Italy contributes so much to the cocktail world and nobody else I've seen on RUclips has your expertise in Italian drinks
Thank you for your kind words! Cheers to you Thomas!
Hello friend thanks for the recipe, greetings from Peru
Thank you. Happy 2024!

Definitely. That would be a great experiment.
Good call. Sounds like a natural fit. Now I want to try it!
@@MasterYourGlass I looked for a bottle here in NM but couldn't find it to try, or I already would have done it. :)
I really appreciated the choice of Bianco Sarti, today in Italy it is out of fashion: it is for connoisseurs.
Hopefully it comes back to style soon! It’s so iconic! Cheers to you!
Peychaud's rocks, for literally half the price of Aperol where I live. Obviously, im buying peychaud's every time
Thanks for commenting! Cheers
