My grandfather made a Pathe 9.5mm film like this using a clockwork camera in the mid 1950s. I still have the film reels but no projector. I'm guessing but I think I recognise the sounds of the bus semi-auto gearbox. I've not lived in Brum since 1970, were Midland Red buses made by BMMO of something similar ? Birmingham & Midland Motor Omnibus ?
i live on the yardley road and do my shopping up the green so it was awesome to see this! my mom will remember it this way as she used to shop there as a teenager.
