Yes my route to work also on the 37 but that was 2000. When exactly did the flyover come down? I thought it was the mid 90s but some say '89

In fact my dad was probably on that bus cl travelling to see my mom 😁 get caught 3 buses a week from Smethwick when first dated 0

37 now the 4 and 4A service from (July 2018),-. This is 80's footage as the the flyover in Digbeth was demolished (1989) .Camp Hill junction traffic lights now replaced with big roundabout to mange traffic flow .

Was it definitely down in '89 I have memories of it in the 90s especially the 900 bus passing underneath it heading back to the city.

Brum was really nice in the 80s only place you'd find litter back in the day was the fruit market next to St Martin's church. We had to keep the city tidy unless Dusty Bin would get us haha

I'd say it's about 1987. The buses coming the other way are still in Wumpty blue & cream but with WM Travel fleetnames, so it's after deregulation on 26.10.86 but before they changed the cream to silver...
