Thank you, Corinne and Maggie for another fun episode! I loved seeing the new yarns with their beautiful colors. Have a good trip, Kelsey! Emma, don’t forget to name a sock after Marmie! Loved the fun yoga episode too!
Great vlog! Fun to see all the new colors of Aran yarn from Marie Wallin. And, all of your WIP and FO. Always love to see Maggie’s Handspun. Keep up the good work, and selling us beautiful yarns. Sheryl from WA.
This episode felt like Wonderful viThank you for the reduced shipping costs. Corinne I am happy to see your bright hap again. Your color choices are exceptional.
Bless you for lowering the shipping! I can't wait to have a look on the website and see what I can order. As always, I do so enjoy all you share and the extra episodes from around the world. Take care, Beth
Had a very enjoyable start to my day watching this lovely shopcast. Corrine, I love your socks. That 3 st garter on either side of the heel flap is so good. I’ll be trying that next. Maggie your green socks are so pretty. Love the Natalie cowl Emma. I think you should design the Marmee March socks next. Kelsey gave some great travel tips. Thank you! 💜
You always have so much wonderful information to share!! I love Maggie's shawl!! Kelsy's information is very helpful. And, Emma's pattern is beautiful. Thank you for a great podcast!!
What a great podcast! I loved hearing everything from everybody! The patterns & the yarn are gorgeous! I need a bigger budget & a bigger apartment to store all the yarn I currently have & all the yarn from future purchases! Kim's yoga segment made me realize that I probably need to do yoga!
Thank you for the shipping relief. It is unusual in these times to encounter a business that is so interested in its customers. I bet your business will benefit with greater customer loyalty. I knit a bunch of socks last year and gave 12 pair out to siblings, nieces and nephews at Thanksgiving. It was so fun seeing who picked which socks! Great travel tips Kelsey! Do you have any must bring tools? Emma, the Natalie cowl is beautiful! Great stretches from Kim too.
Thanks for this full episode. I'd like to add to Kelsey's segment it is good to have already casted and maybe knit a few rows so the non knitter guards can see what the needles are for... Wow ! So much spring energy in Kim's workout this week !!!
Great news about the lower shipping costs. I really enjoyed the discussions about how to wash and care for all of your woolies. Very helpful information. Thank you!
Great podcast! I really enjoyed Kelsey’s ideas for packing travel knitting. Kim’s yoga segment was fun. I’ve been doing a little low impact aerobics. I think it blends well into the yoga. 🧘♀️
Another great episode that quickly flew by so quickly and had me dancing at the end with Kim. I am so happy to hear about the lower shipping costs and buying threshold. Thank you so much it means a lot And enables me to purchase more often. The new Marie Wallen yarn is so beautiful I can’t wait to use it.
I'm no expert on crazy, but I think Corinne should go ahead and "advocate for crazy" when it comes to Garthenor yarn-chicken olympics. Maggie's socks are gorgeous. Your generosity with the lower shipping costs is immense, as it is so hard for a small business to compete with all the "free shipping" out there (which usually just means the cost is transferred to the product itself, so nothing is really "free"). Thank you for the very generous reduction in shipping costs and for another fun shopcast. P.S. the colors in Marie Wallin's aran wt. are so gorgeous there are no words.
Loved this Shopcast! I love sock knitting and don’t wash them every time I wear them. I wash all my woolens, including my cashmere sweaters (which I did not knit). Thank you for lowering shipping costs. I live on the west coast, so it means a lot to me.
Oh the reduced shipping is so appreciated🙏🏻 I know how expensive shipping has become espec for small independently-owned shops, so good on you TWT! Love your yarn selection 😊
Thank you for this lovely chit chat shop cast! I do love all the catch-ups on your WIPs and FOs, all the shop updates and the ladies with included additional content. This time, I loved the discussion about laundering the woollies! I live where we can hike in the mountains during the summer and Death Valley or other close low-land Valleys during the winter. We have thick woolly socks we wear all year long. They wear better in general, but also I can attest to the temperature regulating qualities of the thick woolly socks. They are much more comfortable than polyester or even cotton socks. Even for just around the house during the summer, I always wear the thick woolly socks. I save up all our woolly socks in a basket system based on how often they have been worn and those ready for a spa treatment in Euclan. After wearing, they do get aired outside before wearing again. We live in the Mojave desert, so even thick woollys air out and dry fast!
It has been 30 years since I flew international. We are going to Scotland and Northern England. Going to be close to the area Aran was inspired. It is good to know that they don’t worry about the length of the cables on the interchangeable needles.
Another great episode! I loved Kelsey’s thoughts on traveling with knitting. The hardest part is always figuring out what to bring. I end up with a small project or two, plus some fiber and a hand spindle. Luckily wool is light and squishable!
Not through the entire shopcast, yet, but thanks to Kelsey for the travel tips! Leaving soon for 2 weeks and I was on the right track with my plans. Small toys for my granddaughter, a new sock pattern to try, and an Ewok hood for that same little one. Plus I researched yarn shops to visit. Thank you for the shipping reduction as well.
To Maggie; what wool did you use for Nanna the duck? To Cairlyn; for travel, I take. Stitch markers, darning needle in a case that comes with dental picks. Scissors, and a crochet hook! Love the podcast as usual, thanks ladies😍
I’ve done a fair amount of traveling with my knitting. A few other tips - if you’re concerned about confiscation of your needles, take interchangeables. Unscrew the tips and put them with your pens. Also when I’m spending the day sightseeing, I don’t have the energy for anything that requires me to read a chart! I’ll bring a shawl, cowl, or sweater that requires no brain power but has yarn that I love working with. And I use KnitCompanion so I don’t have paper that I could lose. I did love the suggestion of knitting piecework - that would be perfect!
Great news about reduced shipping prices, thank you for that. Good question about washing your woolens and even better was the answer to the question, which means more time for knitting! Yoga was fun too😊
I've found your shopcast recently, and have really enjoyed and learned a lot from them. (And I watch them while I knit, which makes it even more fun.) This one, though, made me laugh out loud with Corinne's comment about Idris Elba. :) Would it be too pun-y if I said you had me in stitches? :) Thanks, ladies!
Emma, how about naming socks for the Royal Family…Queen Elizabeth, Princess Kate, Princess Anne, and Lady Diana? Your new cowl pattern is gorgeous. Your grandmother must be honored.
Thanks for the conversation on cleaning your knits. I have tried to convince my husband for years that I don’t need to wash his socks every time he wears them.
Thanks girls for another lovely episode. Congratulations on your new cowl Emma. So pretty and great looking colour work. I don’t wash my woolies that often either. My linen tops a little more often in our hot summer but great tip to just hang them out in the sunshine. The sun and fresh air are the best cleansers we have.
Good morning from Nashua, NH. I’m a fellow Scot whose accent is a bit faded. I just found you and I’m absolutely thrilled to see great British yarns so near to home.
Thank you for reducing shipping, it truly makes a difference for me. Your shop casts are so fun, and entertaining, and informative, thank you. Im 77 learning more about sheep and the gorgeous fabric wool makes. My old mom was born 1906 in Vienna taught me knitting, and knit beautiful Cowichan sweaters for us in the seventies. Im half way through the Balvonie, loving the feel of the yarn. Knitting is my therapy❤
Thank you for the reduced shipping. This will be a wonderful help and I am very grateful. Loved Kelsey's segment, great ideas for travel knitting. Emma's designs are wonderful and love the sock patterns based on books is wonderful.
TWT podcast is my favorite knitting podcast! You guys are so entertaining, informative, and inspirational, much to the chagrin of my bank account 😁 I just finished my shawl for your KAL which is my first KAL ever (used yarn from my cone of Frangipani and loved it).
Hi Corinne, hi Maggie, hi to the rest of the crew! It really says something about your integrity and your devotion to your customers if you lower shipping costs in a time where prices just go up and up. I'm sure it will be a relief to both loyal and new customers! I'm over here in the middle of Europe, and to be entirely honest it doesn't make much sense for your beautiful wools to make the trip across the pond twice, so I just enjoy whatever lovely online content you come up with, and I point my US friends on Ravelry your way very frequently :) My taste in wool is exactly like yours, I'm also Team Colourwork and Team "Will wear Rauma next to skin", and I'm knitting on a long cardigan in their 3ply Strikkegarn right now - the Dancing Dragons Coat by Heike Campbell, whew... Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kim this time - her routine was accessible to me, yay! I have hypermobility issues and often have to skip the regular stretching and yoga... I had lots of fun and loved both the beat and the whole 80s vibe! It's so important for people with a sedentary hobby like knitting to not forget to MOVE :D Immediately skipped back to replay to get a full 20 minute workout, and held dumbbells in my hands for the second half to add some oomph. Would absolutely LOVE to see more cardio with Kim, for some reason it's so much easier for me to get into it at the end of a knitting podcast than to have to come up with the discipline to look up an aerobics video right away, haha! Very warm (and slightly out of breath) greetings, Kari from Germany
I just about fell off my chair laughing when Corinne found some yarn in the hap she was knitting while showing us her WIP. You guys crack me up! Beautiful scarf of your handspun, Maggie, and the green socks are just lovely. I've enjoyed Kelsey and Emma's segments, and, of course, yoga with Kim. Thank you, TWT, for lowering your shipping charge and free shipping threshold. Great shopcast, cheers!
I’m a lurker, but watch every video you post. Thanks so much for the break on shipping! Muchly appreciated. That actually has been a factor, so my basket may just get pushed thru soon! I also really love seeing your knits worn and described. You do such a great job talking about the yarn - what it feels like in the ball, what it feels like to knit and how it wears. Very valuable info. Thanks!! Betsy born and raised in NH 8:44
So appreciate the podcast! I always learn some new things...tip for Kelsey or other flyers...grab a large envelope pre address it along with a fair amount of postage ...if any knitting tools are refused...stick them in and seal...then it can be mailed home no loss...you may have to rely on the kindness of strangers to get it in a mail box
Thank you for another great shop cast. Both Kelsey and Emma always delight. I love all the socks and shawls. Of course ending with Kim is always so good. I love the changes to shipping but sure appreciate to expense to you. Thank you ❤
I’m loving knitting my Victory Cardigan. I am ready to knit left band- I can’t wait to finish it and wearing it next fall. Thanks for great kits, patterns, and shows!
Such woolly goodness! And thank you for the reduced shipping costs - now I can buy a ball or two of yarn or a couple of needles when needed. Lovely add on segments as well. Packing for a trip was especially liked, as I have one coming up in a month myself. I think maybe a self striping WYS sock will make its way into my carry on!
I would suggest only taking circular needles on a plane. Pack any straight/dp needles in a checked bag. Also, if you have a project in process, it’s easier to get through TSA. Good luck!☺️♥️
Another great shopcast! I loved Kim's warm-up and full body stretch. I also love the new price level for free shipping and the new low shipping price - thank you so much for that!!!
I have learned so much about all things woolly from your shopcast. It’s always a pleasure to listen; cup of coffee in hand dreaming about thinking about what I can make.
Nice segment, Kelsey--hope your trip was great! Emma, your cowl is great and looks so nice on your grandma; I'll bet she was thrilled! I love the blue version... Good chatter and good yarn, as always.
Great news on the shipping, thank you. I paid particularly close attention to the travel knitting segment and am grateful for the tips. While I use a knitting app to mark up and follow my patterns, I learned to download a pdf or photo of the pattern on my phone for remote areas that have limited service. I would also add that seeking local “souvenir yarn” is a good excuse to visit the local LYS as you travel.
Thank you so much for the reduced shipping, it really makes a difference. So many beautiful choices of yarn and designs, it’s a joy to see whatever you share. Thanks also to Emma, Kelsey, and Kim. Each segments enriched this podcast so much. All the best.
How do you do it?? Like WOW - each Shopcast is unique, fun, informative and filled with great energy and inspiration. Thank you so, so much for reducing the shipping costs! You know that this will enable my woolly wool addiction. But never mind. Safe travels, Kelsey. BTV airport is very user friendly, great restaurant there. Can’t wait for the Natalie cowl for one never can have enough gorgeous warmth around one’s neck. Ballachulish Beanie!!! Love Ballachulish - bit of a story… Sad to hear that the ferry is gone. And it was so good to hear that others do not get crazy about washing socks! Knit on!!!
I love Maggie's handspun singles Dotted Rays shawl. Beautiful. And yes, many thanks to TWT for lowering shipping costs. It will pay off for TWT with more sales, without a doubt. LOVE all of TWT's offerings - yarn, patterns, etc.
Thank you for your change in shipping rates….very kind of you! Added the victory cardigan to my list when you mentioned about it staying on the shoulders!
Great job “airing your dirty laundry.” Emma congratulations on the new pattern!🎉 Love the March socks can’t wait to see what’s next. And great travel tips from Kelsie. Thanks for a great shopcast. ❤
Love everything... the socks, the Marie Wallin Aran, the Jaggerspun, and all excerpts from everyone!
I look forward to my weekly viewing from the Woolly Thistle. Thank you for great content every week!
Thank you, Corinne and Maggie for another fun episode! I loved seeing the new yarns with their beautiful colors. Have a good trip, Kelsey! Emma, don’t forget to name a sock after Marmie! Loved the fun yoga episode too!
Lovely shopcast--really liked seeing your completed socks, Maggie and Corinne!
Great vlog! Fun to see all the new colors of Aran yarn from Marie Wallin. And, all of your WIP and FO. Always love to see Maggie’s Handspun. Keep up the good work, and selling us beautiful yarns. Sheryl from WA.
Love the knitting! Socks & shawl, Corinne!❤😊
Another great episode. Kim’s portion was fantastic. More like that from her. I love her moves.
I always enjoy your shopcasts! Thank you! And thank you for reduced shipping!🤩
I enjoy knitting my WIP while listening to you talk about knitting.
Love your scraf/shawl and the samples you have up on the shelf and gray shawl behind you Connie. Love you gals and all that you do!
This episode felt like Wonderful viThank you for the reduced shipping costs. Corinne I am happy to see your bright hap again. Your color choices are exceptional.

Thanks for a wonderful episode and for all the moving parts you've orchestrated. ❤
Thanks so much for reducing the shipping costs. It makes it a lot easier to try out just a few skeins of yarn. Lovely episode, as usual!

Those new yarns are gorgeous! Looking forward to the release and the new book!
Thank you, Kim! Loved the routine today. Also, I think Emma’s cowl is beautiful.
Yes! Thank you so much for cutting the cost of the shipping. That was definitely a factor for me! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you again for your great podcast and your wonderful REAL yarn. Thank you also for your discounted shipping. 😍😍
Thanks girls! You are always so inspiring!

Always enjoy watching the shopcast. So many laugh out loud moments today and lots of inspiration.
Thank you for the shipping discount. I love the shop cast.
You have so many intresting yarns! I really love those wools 😍
I’ve done a fair amount of traveling with my knitting. A few other tips - if you’re concerned about confiscation of your needles, take interchangeables. Unscrew the tips and put them with your pens. Yoga was fun too😊
Emma new pattern is beautiful, I would love to knit it up. Always nice catching up with you both.
Corinne’s „Zinnea“ Hansel Hap is so beautiful! Can’t wait to see it finished 💕 🌸
So beautiful! I love watching your shop cast and dreaming up my next project. 😍
Great episode. The shipping rates are a great perk! Love Emma's new cowl pattern, how pretty!
Really enjoyed today’s episode! Love the Natalie cowl. Nice tips on trip knitting! Enjoyed the yoga segment. 💗💗🧶
I really appreciate the new shipping rates, thank you. The yarns look so beautiful as well. Alene
Great video, beautiful garments!!!!
Thanks for a GREAT show! I loved Kim’s yoga! It looks more I broadway dancing than yoga-really cool!!
Have so enjoyed making the vanilla sweater and thank you for the new postage!

Gorgeous shawl, Maggie. ❤
TWT podcast is my favorite knitting podcast! You guys are so entertaining, informative, and inspirational, much to the chagrin of my bank account 😁 I just finished my shawl for your KAL which is my first KAL ever (used yarn from my cone of Frangipani and loved it).
Hello! I am looking forward to Friday's shopping :) Marie Wallin is first on my shopping list.
Hello! I finally joined your FB group! I got some more Drover sock yarn And a skein of Rambler - love them both so much ❤️

I will echo what another comment said, so much good information in your podcast. Beautiful yarns and very awesome shipping price. Thank you all.
Great job on shipping. Live it!
Another great episode! And thank you so so much for the reduced shipping costs!
Thanks for another wonderful episode! I was Corinne's twin as I was also wearing a Woolly Thistle t-shirt and my Victory Cardigan!

I am knitting my shawl while watching! Row 87.
I've been intimidated by Marie Wallin patterns with all the color choices but am feeling some bravery taking over. Awaiting the hat kit!
You both looking lovely today, must add the colours on Maggie really suit her.
Hi guys and I have a pair of socks ready to start and I ty for the push to get started! That garthenor sock yarn is amazing!!! 😃👏🏼🥰🧶
Nice segment, Kelsey--hope your trip was great! Emma, your cowl is great and looks so nice on your grandma; I'll bet she was thrilled! I love the blue version...
Good chatter and good yarn, as always.
