High performance black-transparent COB neon strip

This new cob strip adopts two new designs: a. first time to use cob strip as a lighting source to produce neon tape; b. use black and transparent silicone together to make creative lighting，black appearance.
1. as we also know the SMD LED structure is not so strong, such as 2216 LED, during the neon strip’s extrusion out, some LEDs will become weaker, the failure rate a bit higher...But now using cob strip can solve this problem to confirm longer lifespan.
