confirm ur audio system, if ntg5x, before order, just write to our salesman, if ur audio system no harman karton, no burmester audio system, use normal DSP is ok, to other system like ntg4, not have delay too, no need, my email info@carlife-mall.net more info, write me

Had the same unit installed on C Class w204, for some reason the OEM microphone is no longer picking up my voice, same goes for phone calls. Anyone experiencing such an issue ? Appreciate your comments on this.
yessir! Delete the phone and add it again fromboth phgone and screen. I followed up with a reset and lost everything as in carplay apps and all. still waiting for them to help me get it working again because now it doesnt even turn off when I turn off the car.

Does this new version fix audio quality issues and audio static? The noise isolation adapter in the old models killed the sound quality in a big way

Is there a W205 C63 as picture? Are you able to change the NTG Menu picture to a standard Mercedes Logo instead?

@@12345guna12345 GPS signal and 4g signal antenna still need to be connected, we use USB-AUX box, stillhas delay

if u mean oem microphone bad, better first install back to check if microphone bad--this part u can switch to oem system to check too

I just got this and it says android recovery mode try again or full reset to factory setting but I can’t move through options

How to view the NTG in full screen, main is splited!!!
You have to go in the factory menu and select the NTG without "Half screen".
You won’t get full screen as your one screen was basically half screen
