Panchakattu dosa is the best dosas in Hyderabad....same consistency is maintained in taste whenever you go ....chutney will be sooo fresh and mouth melting.....This is the key to their success. I believe....all the best
Sorru to say but the size of the dosa has comw down by 30percent and the Aloo. Masalais no, longertasty like before in the new outlets.... The small kiosk at Annapoorna studios was the ultimate best

Very nice interview. Lots of info. Like many I was also under the impression that food business will have huge margins. It is clarified. Being a father of a chef who is a home baker I know the hard work, pressure, stress. Inspite of all this Panchkattu Dosa became so popular. By the way I am very regular.
