Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! are upcoming role-playing video games (RPGs) developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. The games are the first installments of the Pokémon RPG series for the Nintendo Switch. They are enhanced remakes of the 1998 Game Boy video game Pokémon Yellow. They will also contain influences from Pokémon Go, as well as integration with Go, and will support a new optional controller called the Poké Ball Plus. The games are scheduled to be released worldwide on November 16, 2018
Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! are set in the Kanto region and will include the original 151 Pokémon creatures in addition to their respective Mega Evolved and Alolan forms from Pokémon X and Y & Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and Sun and Moon. Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! will feature common elements of the series, such as battling non-player character Pokémon Trainers and Gym Leaders with caught Pokémon creatures. However, instead of battling them like the traditional battle system of other major Pokémon role-playing games (RPGs), the catching of Pokémon creatures uses a different mechanic that is based on the mobile spin-off game Pokémon Go where players throw Poké Balls at a wild Pokémon by using the motion controls of the Joy-Con controller.

I legit almost did that.
One thing to mention about Mew is it is a ONE TIME TRANSFER. Once you get Mew out of the ball, it can never be transferred to another game or save file. So if you ever want to start over and play your game again, you'll lose Mew forever.
So I take it that means no trading between friends?

This is one of the few Friday's I've had to wake up early and I've been super excited about getting my Let's Go Eevee copy and Pokeball Plus in the mail. I've been at my couch ALL day by the window, waiting to see the UPS delivery truck and the day's just dragging on. So to kill time, I've been on RUclips ALL day and Austin John, I love just how many videos you've posted today, they've really come in clutch to keep the hype and find a way to pass the time. Every time I think I hear a car coming, picture Pavlov's dogs with the bell, I get all happy thinking it's my package and NOT ONCE HAS IT BEEN UPS !! That's actually really cool that not only is Mew available to you at the start of the game so you can use it in your run, but it starts at level 1 which somewhat balances it out at the very beginning.

This is the perfect pokemon game for me and I want it so bad , now all I need is the entire switch system , tv , pokeball plus ( im a min maxer , you know I HAVE to have it ) . Nah but this channel keeps me from like going super-saiyan badass mode

If you think it's funny that Mew is ignored here wait till you're in a Team Rocket base with you AND Eevee dressed as Team Rocket Members and nobody comments on the fact that a mythical pokemon they've probably been looking for is running through their base unhindered. XD
Pro tip. Kinda messed up... but I personally didn’t like the Pokeball plus controller. But I had to have Mew, so I bought it. Got Mew in game. And then returned the controller. They (what every company you bought it from, Walmart, GameStop ect) shouldn’t resale it so it’s really up to you if you want to keep the controller but want Mew.

Austin, so you pay for mew 40 dollars or so and get it in one playthrough. What happens uf you restart the game? What pokemon can you transfer from the pokeball plus?

I like the way the pokeball rumbles and lights up when you catch a pokemon just like in the show and other games I just at lavander town rock tunnel is still a drag to get though even without the random encounters
For gods sake, how do you turn off the sound on the Pokéball Plus? It’s pretty loud when everybody else is sleeping at 2am. I tried holding both A and the top red button at the same time, hold it, and nothing, it only opens the menu
Hey Austin. Just wanted to start by saying that I've been a big fan of your channel for a couple years now and it's good to see you go in depth about all these different games. I got Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! on day one and have been loving it since. I recently made it to the Pokémon Mansion basement and found the large containment capsule that I can only assume was where Mewtwo was created.
I was wondering if anyone tried to take Mewtwo back to the Pokémon Mansion basement after catching it to see if it behaves any differently. This game has filled in so many questions I had about the original story, so I wonder if the developers added more to Mewtwo than simply finding it in Cerulean Cave. There isn't a video posted for Mewtwo yet, so I hope this theory can be a part of one you may or not make in the future. Hope you get a chance to read this.

I kinda have this rule since Generation 6, I don't like having legendary pokemon on my team. The only exception is my favorite Luiga.
There are different part numbers on the pokeballs associated with each version
