Pleased to see we're not the only people who struggled with the door. Not prepared to use extreme force in case we broke the whole thing so we gave up.
It's easier to do it upside down. Hold the hinge and then turn the inside transparent glass(plastic) Watch out for a notch where a lock is, to not brake it while assembly.
Just got this model today. There is no way we could release the front of the door as per instruction. I have just reattached the door in the original orientation and I'll just have to live with it!!
After a lot of force I got the door apart and with a lot more force, got the door back together. Due to a bad design, now the small finger pull tab is now at 5 o'clock instead of 2 o'clock. Bad design Beko
Did this by having the door face down and a lot of force. One person holding the outside of the door and the other person moving the inside glass. Took 3 attempts with extreme force. For how much this dryer costs it should be easier to reverse the door. Agree bad design.
Rediculous. I just can't get this door of. Phoned beko. That was a waste of time because they just told me to phone curry's. Went curry and 3 beryl llads couldn't get it off.
SO FRUSTRATING: No amount of force would budge the door panel. Two people with rubber gloves no success. Shoddy product design for something that should be so simple to do. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Any response BEKO ?????
Adding to my original comment: Good news. After contacting Beko customer service and a few emails we were surprised by an unexpected delivery of a brand new door. This one was simple to 'open' as per the video above. Job now done. Perhaps a faulty batch of door got through the factory?? Anyhow - thanks Beko for sorting this out.
Well, it took me an hour to do this, once i got stuck reading the manual i thought that either i am an im#ecile or this design is kinda s#it. Luckily once i found the video and numerous comments under it, it confirmed the latter. I have managed to do it on my own in the end but it is complete bas#ered to do and far from this easy tutorial.
Plastic frame doesn't spin in the door, useless, if I can't turn the door round I'll have to return the dryer. Beko, you need to sort this out, your product is not fit for purpose
Cannot seem to spin the glass door inside it’s frame after taking out the single screw , just won’t budge !

Same here. Can’t separate it.
Did manage in the end with rubber gloves on. Very difficult.

This is the comment. Thanks mate
BEKO: not sure what you consider "small amount of force", but I cannot budge this door.

1 month later, I didn't bother trying the door again, not a big deal for where the machine is located. Otherwise, a great appliance.
We needed two people to get ours to come off. One person to hold the silver frame.

Thank you
I can't to open it actually stalk it's not opening lock

Turn the door upside down, it pops straight off
Absolutely stupid. Small amount of force!? It needs so much force we broke the door trying to twist it after trying for 1 hour. Ridiculous.
Same problem as everyone else here. Can’t twist it off. Very poor.

Beko should be terminated immediately after releasing so stupidly ridiculous piece of garbage like these doors. Omg what a scam

Small amount of force my foot. Cannot make this door move at all!
This is the worst design..
