Bro when we have calculated Moment of Resistance =339.74.Considering the Safety Factor, should the beam carry Bending moment =339.74/1.5=226.49 and the UDL must be calculated for that BM of 226.49?
if you divide Bm by 1.5 and calculate udl you will get the working load means that much load the structure will be subjected to during it service life most of the time. But in limit state we multiply the load by 1.5 safety factor. If you calculate udl from BM=339 from this you will get the m,aximum load carrying capacity of beam
Hlo sir.... Acc. To my syllabus there is, By limit state of collapse Analysis and design for flexure failure in tension and compression ( singly, doubly rectangular and flanged beams) I am confused that in design , wt steps we hve to do and wt type of question may be there acc. To above syllabus Sir please mention Thanku
Bhai Design ke videos English me banata hu aur site practical videos Hindi me banata hu. I'll try to make a video in hindi for you please tell me the topic.
I really appreciate when things are taught in english rather than hindi great job
Your spoken English is very clear ! 👍very well explained as well
At 12:42 the value of M= 75knm then you will get xu= 97.72mm
Thanks a lot bro...explained really well...hope you keep the good work like this...really helps a lot of us guys😊
Thanks for watching. Im glad it helped you.
The Tensile force shall be in opposite direction to the compressive force in the stress diagram !!!!
Very short and informative..thank you for sharing,
Thanks bro my college professor looks up and speaks in silent mode and we looks up and flies go in our mouths and nothing goes in head
Been there done that. Hahaha🤣

Could you please explain how you arrived at the equation for the area of steel? I mean it's not given explicitly in IS 456:2000
Why did you use Moment of resistance for Concrete, you should use for steel in under reinforced rt ?
For a particular member it's M.R will be same.
And also we equate cu and tu so it doesn't matter.
is it neccesary to calculate the value of xu by iteration during calculation of Mu using sp16 table A?? in over reinforced section
Very clear and very helpful! Thank you
what if the beam is along with the hunch portion?
Dear sir , the writings on the sheet are not visible. Please adopt suitable method for clarity of text visibility
Thank you
Yes all design videos are done on digital medium now. Thanks for your feedback.🙏
Thanks a lot may Allah guide you and us
Rise and shine 🌸
Good explanation
effective depth shall be by deductiooooon of Half of assumed DIA of and clear cover . Pl rectify.bar
Yes it will be thanks.
Thanks for uploading this video.. very helpful
Yasira Rafiq Thanks for watching

How do we get 0.36 for Cu??
I know that for Tu 0.87=(1/1.15)
Thanks bro it's very useful
As Xu is greater than Xu,max you can't take the value simply you will have to carry on iterations because steel has not yielded yet completely.
In this problem why we will not use
d= D- (eff. Cover)- (Dia)/2
I don't get what you asked.
Because his teacher didn't teach him properly 😝😝
Great video... ❤️❤️

Moment of resistance of doubly reinforced in working stress method ki bhi video banao

This video is based on Limit state of collapse.
wow good job
Bro ,can I get the calculation of no of bricks, sand and cement of 1,1/2 and 2 brick size wall of English bond and Flemish bond
I am an architecture student. Is this helpful for me?
Yes it is. I know achitectural student who actually learnt from this.
In this video you explain only analysis of singly reinforced beam
Where is the design of this ????
yes there is
no design of singly reinforced beam
Mu ko 1.5 se multiply nhi krna tha ky?? Factored krne ke liye
Bro which book should I refer for rcc?
Plz reply
Checks?
Thanku so much
Very helpful video
Very nice
Thank you for such well explained video.
Great job
