for kabab
1500- gms (देड़ किलो) Meat
150-200 grams tak chickpea lentils
2- cups water
salt to test
Bayleaf 2-3 nos
Black cardamom - 4 nos
Peppercorns -2 tsp
Mace -3-4
Cinnamon sticks 3
Cardamom green-10-15 nos
Cloves-6-7 nos
Cumin -2 tbsp
Dry red chillies 10-15

garlic पोथी 2
Coriander leaves - handful
Green chillies, chopped 2-3 tbsp
Onions medium -2 nos chopd
2-tbsp ginger paste
salt to test
2-tbso amchur /lemon
oil for frying
