The best time to go is at Sunset. We did that and we were amazed how beautiful it is. People tend to congregate there at Sunset to watch the sun set over the ocean. But it's beautiful any time of the day. You drive through a residential area to get there. So it's basically a park set on the ocean around a group of homes.
