Here i am one more day begging Dave to review Barbarians of Lemuria. A new edition came out a year or two ago with some actually great art. More people deserve to learn about this wonderful system!!!
Thank you for the nice, clean review. Confused about how you got your characteristics scores. I understand that you start 8 with everything, but how did you get the final numbers?
@@brianking2262 depending on the Mode you’re playing, you spread anywhere from 18 to 24 points across the six stats. The rule book is not entirely clear on how much exactly for each Mode. It’s up to the GM I think. After that you add 2 points for each Disadvantage you opted into (associated with your Trait).
Great content, as always! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (mistake turkey blossom warfare blade until bachelor fall squeeze today flee guitar). How can I transfer them to Binance?
A movement action (M) allows a character to move approximately 20 meters in a variety of ways, including running, jumping, climbing, and swinging on a rope. During combat, a character may use a movement action to change their position relative to their opponents. Two specific movement actions exist in the game: Break away and Flee. Break away is used to create distance between a character and an opponent during melee combat. Flee is used to escape the scene when a character is not at melee distance. The rules for chases use a system of relative distance, represented by degrees, to determine the possibility of certain actions during a chase. The degrees of relative distance are Physical contact, Adjacent, Near, Far away, On the cusp, Distant, Very distant, and Lost.
@@DaveThaumavore you said about the map been in zones intead of a grid, where is it said in the book, i'm very confused how to set up a map, and understanding distances. the movement rules are realy in the dark
@@matheusdeassis5285 Okay, I've cut the part of the video that incorrectly states movement rules. The movement rules as stated in my previous reply are correct. Sorry for the confusion, Matheus, and thanks for pointing out this issue.

Oooh, wasn't expecting this but loved the format you had with Degenesis!
I'm happy you're doing it for that one too!
This is really good, I hope I'll get to play the game one day!
Maybe solo first!
Very D&D mechanics but not a problem
DTRPGR is quickly becoming one of my fav reviewers.
nice clean reviews, no "hot takes" or political ramblings.
Thanks! I do release an angry video about once every two years but I try to keep my cool.
14:34 I think you skipped mentioning that every odd level gives you HP = to your Con mod
It's on the screen highlighted but indeed, I didn't say it out loud. Thanks. It is an important detail.
Mam I have never been this early to one of your videos!
