  • Innovation meets the outdoors with Pit Boss’ all new 3 Series Vertical Pellet Smoker. Never has smoking been this versatile. The double walled insulation lets you smoke from 150°F to temperatures reaching 450°F, unlike any other smoker on the market today. The large front window eliminates the need for peek-a-boo cooking and its elevated frame makes transferring your meal from the smoker to the table a breeze. With the PB 3 Series Pellet Smoker there is no need to fret about cooking lengths - it’s large hopper allows you to cook for up to 18 hours! Its sleek design is not only unique, it is also functional. The Pit Boss 3 Series Pellet Smoker features 800 sq. inches of porcelain coated cooking racks, locking caster wheels, an easy to read digital controller and a stunning hammer tone copper finish. The multiple position racking system ensures you’ll have enough room to smoke anything your heart (or stomach) desires. Experience how Pit Boss is redefining the smoker industry in your own backyard today!

      Hello. I guess you're not the real John Mayer of your profile picture. If yes we need to talk! ahaha. Depending on the temperature, the water pan will last between 1 and 3 hours. Yes, you can place another one on the upper shelf if you want.

    Question, what are you using to clean it? I just got mine today, doing initial burn-in this weekend probably.
    Regarding cleaning, is it required for this type of smoker? My Summit Charcoal doesn't really get the innards cleaned outside of ash buildup.

    Great job on those ribs, the meat falling off the bone is a tad overrated in my personal opinion. I like the meat to be a little more firm rather then falling apart.

    • @bhoward81
      @bhoward81 2 года назад +2

      Same. I want my bones to be like 99% clean but I want to have to pull the meat off with my teeth, not just have it fall off on it's own by lifting the rib.
