Looks like hard work being so cute, that´s why Gale is such a sleepy boy. Had such an sleepy, really old boy, he loved to cuddle with me at movietime. He was fast at falling asleep (the only thing he was fast at 😸) belly up and then snored softly. Got him from the local shelter as a foster cat "for his last few weeks in peace", he was nearly 20 years old and depressive because nobody wanted this former stray with half an ear missing and scratches all over his body. As he realized that he found his forever home and was loved, he changed from depressive grumpy grandpa to a grandpa that wanted to be with me all the time. He was an orange tabby like Gale, but much bigger with a weight of 9 kg. The vet said, maybe a Maine Coon with a genetic defect that caused him to have fur like a normal house cat, or just an "incident" in the breeders home with another cat. He was relaxed like Gale, he loved cuddles and tender belly tickles. I wish that Gale could reach the same age as my old boy Maxi, who made it to 26 1/2 years. Old cats know the best sides of life!
