All knives are fitted with stabilised scales and Loveless bolts.

Beautiful work as always Sandy. Looking forward to seeing your whittling knives. Wood carving and whittling have become very popular over here, not sure if it is again or since everyone had a lot of extra time on their hands. I have found that carving on a stick is better for my mind than watching the news. The rain here is back to feast or famine. Dry or flooded. Have a great day Sandy.

You know I am a M. Birch man (like my classic), but I will say, those walnut camp knives are absolutely beautiful - especially the one with black liners!!! I'm liking the Masur birch one. They all look amazing as always but the Masur is beautiful. You could maybe make a left hand sheath for that one to make it really unusual 😉 then sell it to me lol.

Gorgeous! You’ve mentioned before that the walnut takes a lot of work to get stabilized. Have you run into that with cherry too? I’ve got a batch of cherry that’s been a real bear.
I must admit I don't think I've ever worked with cherry wood
@@Jackloreknives Oh! I think you'd like the look of it. Wonderful warm depth to it that looks great against black or dark red liners. Curly cherry has a lot of chatoyancy once stabilized. Sure takes a long time to get it there though as the grain is very closed.
