What's your sample rate, and what is the latency?

I think it was 64. No noticeable latency.

Hi! I highly recommend this setup, especially if you plan on recording frequently. The real hi hat of the TD17KVX combined with SD3 are really amazing. I'll post more videos soon. Thanks for watching!

Nice e-Kit and the sounds from SD3 are great!! I saw one of your other videos of you playing in band!! Sounded like some cool blues jazz music!! I subbed your channel too

I'm still amazed at the sounds from SD3! Thanks man! I subbed to your channel as well. I'm going to check out your videos.

Do you insert the sound into the td17kvx or only in the recording, does it sound that way? When you play without having to record, do you also hear it that way?

Only in the recording my friend. The module is sending the midi messages to the computer and my headphones are plugged into my computer. I can just jam using the SD3 sounds without having to record.

Nope! Just USB into my MacBook Pro which is from 2010 by the way!

Loved this video. Wanted to ask you if this is the raw sound from Superior Drummer 3 or have you mixed or tweaked the sounds in any way? Also, what option to select after connecting the TD 17 to the superior drummer software because I have heard there isn't a td 17 option in the menu?

HI Sid. I was just using a preset in this video. No tweaking whatsoever. There should be an option, at least in Logic! Thanks for the comment! Glad you liked the video.
