@@markv.5962 that‘s not really rehearsed. mark rivera has confirmed that they do a sound check and then just do a bunch of covers of other songs, but they never really actually quote on quote rehearse. not trying to be a smart mouth :)

Surprised he still does We Didn't Start the Fire as he literally detests that song. Uptown Girl I am glad he did start playing that again with the stay in NYC and monthly performances as he hated that one too because of his divorce with Christine Brinkley all those years ago. Now he plays both although I am sure he hates the first song still - although now there is a cover of his song done by Fall Out Boy with modern lyrics that made the Billboard Top 40 very recently. Fans of course love both the songs. Just learned Billy Joel sold over 160 million records at this point in his career. Now he has his first new single in over 31 years since River Of Dreams came out with a new pop song that may even chart.

I wonder if any of these performances were any good? With the sound quality on this you can’t tell.
The band is great and for being 73 years old, he is actually pretty good. Note he just put out his first new song in just over 31 years "Turn the Light Back On." Listen to it on You Tube and determine for yourself if he can still sing or not. It will probably surprise you and it may reach Billboard's Top 40 (it just came out last month and was released as a single a few weeks ago).

I realise the sound quality is not the best given it’s recorded on someone’s phone but I also would like to see her sing something else as this makes me feel she isn’t sounding so good or not hitting the notes so the sound engineer has turned her mic down.
