Crafsman this is insane. I have the biggest Stikfas Collection in the country and I thought I was the only one that remembered them. Thank you for this video. They are from 2006 so the plastic on the non Hasbro ones are brittle now. Hasbros still work great. My favorite creator and my favorite toy all in one video. Melting.

Here's a tip when using a popsicle stick for your stirring device: The curved end prevents you from getting into sharp corners of a mixing cup. Use a pair of side cutters to square off the end so you can get into the corners.

The problem with Stickfas was the inconsistencies in the plastic at the time and imperfections in some of the designs in later sets.

You embodied the reasons I loved and hated Stikfas in the first 4 minutes.
Easy to assemble, easy to break.
What I learned is that some were produced by two different companies, meaning they have two different qualities.
For a couple of years, Hasbro had the license to produce Stikfas.
They also produced a short-lived action figure series based on them called Xevoz.
Xevoz were called up to a 6-inch scale, and were incompatible for Stikfas.
Stikfas did have future plans for the action figure line, new molds and bigger figures, as well as getting the rights to produce Evangelion-based kits, but alas, the creator got involved in a sex scandal and all of his plans have gone nowhere.

I didn’t expect the time travel. But I did time travel. Back to 2004. Having a tackle box full of stikfas weapons, a mavis digital camera that used 3.1” floppies, and a desire to photograph a stikfas in any small environment you can think of. And don’t forget your clear nail polish so you can “re-bulk” your stikfas ball joints. Good times.

That is a brilliant video! I appreciate the skill and experience you put into this presentation. It's exciting to see you collaborate with Robert Tolone because I've been a fan of both of you ages. There's so much to learn from this, thankyou!

Wow, Crafsman! I loved seeing your and Robert Tolone team up like this. I sure would like to see more of you two doing some more of this teamwork stuff. Also, how difficult would it be to make your own version of these characters using the same ball & socket connectors from STIKFAS?
