All these food places you both have been to are the cream of the crops in KL. My favourite beef noodle stall is Lai Foong. They have been there for more than 60 years, more than what the owner mentioned. I guess the younger generation must have lost count on the number of years since they commence business.
My grandma used to patronised this shop and now she is no longer around. Both of you, sure knows where to venture to, where good food is concerned. Bravo!

我是馬來西亞人,在澳門做工。。。我在澳門的下環街的吳廷記吃到“冷糕”,感覺回到了家,問了老闆我才知道原來馬來西亞的曼煎糕就是港澳人稱的冷糕,也是上一代的當地人的古早糕點。。現在香港澳門的古早糕點真的少中至少,不過歡迎來到馬來西亞吃到港澳人上一代的古早味

Near Kota Raya many ngui chap. The best soup must add sugarcane.here in KL lacked of spices and pepper unlike Sabah Kota Kinabalu.

Pretty hilarious dialogue between the host & hostess and the pancake seller in Petaling St. Chinatown. 40 yrs at the job, the seller mentioned about picking up the know-how from the internet, which was non existent then, very much keeping his secret recipe to himself. Lol 😂😂😂
个人最喜欢新马那边的福建面,带点甜味很有特色,云吞面还是香港的好吃。
White dry wantan mee is very common in non cantonese traditional areas....in malaysia...
磁场街、半山巴芝麻糊、我们本地人很少去的、原因是食品、普普通通,价格又贵。

春记大埔面也有加黑酱油的,你可要求,以前肉碎有牛肉碎的。
I must admit, Malaysia has damn good food.
常常去的一条街。。以前的味道都比较好。。现在去只是回味,但是个人要求已(味道)经没以前那么高了。
下次試下北馬一帶清湯牛肉棵條,潮州式牛肉粉。同吉隆坡一帶客家牛肉麵有好大分别。

大華茶粿也在Taman Segar(既 Leisure Mall 附近)
開了間分行。
個人是比較推薦,和喜歡大華的糖水和食物

那個雲吞麵,高雄有一家,跟影片介紹的差不多,都是撈麵加肉碎配餛飩湯,而且只賣中午,也是幾十年的歷史了
recently kl bukit bintang next to berjaya time square a new jaanese shoping centre i think the bigger in south east asia call lalaport bbcc. the grand opening fall on 22nd jan 2022. u must give a visit, the 3rd don don donki and many new japanese stall which is first time open out of japan... the whole shopping i think about 400 stall...brand new shopping LALAPORT BBCC

I think one of the criteria for good food should be the price.
The chances of a RM10 wanton mee which taste better than a rm7 wanton mee is ,off course,higher.

身为马来西亚马六甲人我都不爱吃黑酱油(多多)的干面,喜欢白面因为白面才吃到猪油的香味呵呵
通常我吃的春记大埔面都有给云吞,叉烧和肉碎。会不会当天迟了没完叉烧,所以肉碎也给多一点。

白色馄钝面?大山脚也有,只是有点油,因为是用猪油做调味的,大山脚那位是潮州人,面没有记错自己打的
其实是客家大埔面,不是云吞面。这家面的面条都是他们自己做的。
