HOW TO MAKE CLOTHES ON ROBLOX!! (2017)

-This is the way I personally use to make clothes on a Windows PC/Laptop
-I do not know how to make clothing on a mobile device, but it IS possible.
-You NEED to have builders club in order to upload the clothing.
