Do you like foam rollers? Or do you go for the ball rollers?
Both. Although I use balls at the track and foam rollers at home

I use a lot of different ones: nuun, biosteel, drip drop, liquid iv, Gatorade, body armor etc. Just check the sodium count, higher the better

Are you timing yourself with automatic timing on the grass? Seems like you're timing yourself based on movement and with a stopwatch
Good point ☝🏾 hand time versus full automatic is much different
