And you said the furniture was included. Love French doors to the pool. Elevator 🙌🏼. Stairs to the garage 😳. Would be nice if the elevator went down to the garage. The office space is nice. The stairs look deep, but I’ll be on the elevator. Walk down, ride up. Look at the size of that 1st guest bedroom upstairs. 2nd one large too. $3600 per house? If so that’s embarrassing. The maintenance on a 3yr old property will be minimal and those gardens are at best low maintenance, a few potted, plants hardly require a top gardener.
Dude RUclips algorithm seems to be broken when it comes to your channel. Because I've been watching your video since a couple of years but recently RUclips has stopped suggesting your videos on my feed. Its not like I have stopped watching house tours. I get suggestions from other channels but not yours. Today I remembered about you and wondered where have you been and came to your channel only to see that you've been getting only 50-60k views even with such good content. As someone who watches all the good house tour channels I can tell that your content is on par with them still your views are way less than theirs. You seriously need to do something about it. Maybe talk to RUclips or something because as I said, the algorithm is ignoring your channel for some mysterious reason.

Beautiful Mediterranean-style mansion in Palm Beach. I like the white quartz island kitchen. This is the first time I see a square table instead of a round table. I like the house French doors and French windows instead of sliding doors. I like the marble bathrooms of the house. I like the master bedroom, master bathrooms and the balcony. Palm Beach island is beautiful and is USA pres Donald Trump country.

Hey Jason. Happy New Year! The mansion is odd in several points. First the ground floor ceilings are low; it looks like an apartment rather than a luxury mansion. Second unless I missed it I only saw a sliver of a patio; very disappointing for $18 million plus. Lastly; where's the beach access? Beautiful home but definitely NOT worth $18.9 million.
the entrance directly leading to the sitting / lounge area may look "hip" for some people but I don't think it does any good, it gives you the creeps, I bet some "energy flow feng shui guru" could give some exoteric explanation, I would simply not be able to relax
