I loved it! Many women can relate to it. Some women are in physical or abusive relationships, in controlling relationships, or a love & hate relationship... I cried in certain parts, jlo pours out her heart to the world... Many great actors appear. I loved it!!!! Ben loves seeing her with no makeup and her hair up in a bun.

This is one movie I want to see bc this couple went through hell and a lot of pain to finally wind up back together.
Because no one understands the "curse of beauty" and to be negatively lied about in a negative campaign to discredit your existence and people believe those lies as it's told year after year after year!!!
No one understands how to be "hated on so much" that you have to learn how to love yourself. To be hated bc you have beauty in face and body that men think they must possess you and are jealous of the man that has you. Where many are jealous of your beauty and many are envious of that not willing to concede that it's their own insecurities and not your fault. To be prejudged to not be credible where you strive for perfection to be taken seriously. Yet, people act like this pursuit is a character flaw of a God-complex.
To have the love you've longed for your whole life and have it snatched away for no good reason. But even worse the man you love be convinced to deny his love and betray that love to hurt you to your core.
I know that this movie hasn't told the entire real truth but I hope it's close to that bc this happened to me too. So, I am happy they got back together and are finding their way to the ultimate love from forgiveness and acknowledgement that they don't want to live without each other ever again!!! According to accounts Ben had a reputation of being a "hummingbird" man. So, after Ben left her three days before their wedding, she marries within months to MA. A "hummingbird" herself " gets back with Ben or "Pen" .....now they are old she is saying it was or is "true love" They were together for less than two years no children they both had children with their exes that was not "true love." Maybe not for Jlo with MA, but Ben still loves Garner he just "put it to the side".
