They do, my friend was disabled with autism and he was fun to play with and doing school projects with him was amazing. We both supported each other in our ups and downs. People with disabilties have amazing talent, good hearts, and friendship.

I gotta admit though
I kinda felt sorry for Blake in that. The guy has obviously also been training forever and really wanted this "I've been dreaming about this forever". But apparently, despite being the anchor everytime other than this and the admitted best runner until that one race.. his dreams are still a ways off. If they'd both gotten the offer I would have been completely happy but with Blake being overlooked and kinda trolled really... the agent literally walked up to the whole group and called Blake by name so no surprise Blake would be hopeful and then more than a little crushed by this behaviour.
like, ok, so the guy was a jerk, and could have spoken better in so many ways, but that was still way harsh.
When Blake got rejected it was just, sadness.😂

You know what, I was a bully once. it's no fun having no friends and getting into trouble, but I changed when I met someone with a disability. With a disability I found out that it is a superpower and that it doesn't matter what people think of you as long as you don't let them get to you.

We’re not just telling stories we are dreaming about running
I might not be disabled but I am an athlete in figure skating who has had a three-year injury and even some of the best doctors in my state can’t figure out what keeps causing it to repeat but I am still moving forward and I am still pushing through. These videos are a huge inspiration for me to keep on going because everybody keeps telling me I’m too old now and that I’m hurt I should just give up time and time again. I’ve even had coaches who I am now not working with because they were telling me to quit I don’t plan on stopping I am going to get through this and I’m going to skate at the national level some day.

I do 100m and 150m sprints I was so good before my injury like my start was so rapid and I'd gap others running in for my province but now coz of my injury after 2 years i have bad starts always and only pass the person in 1st like at the end of race and I know I'm still fast but that injury lost all most of my potential 😢

The quote "Disability doesn't disable dreams" was a very important life lesson. I helps me remember that my (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and some learning disabilities dose not define me. It is just a part of me and I can live my dream, and disabilities is just a part of my life that I can't let define me.
No matter the case, everybody should be treated with kindness. Their disabilities don't make them any less capable, it just means they have different abilities.

I love the message of this, it always hurts when I see people bullied for something that has nothing to do with them and their choices. And that’s why I became a sort of bully police at my school, to stop people from bullying people for no good reason. That last run was so realistic. Kyle got the baton at 11:12 and finished the sprint at 11:48. That’s 36 seconds it took him to sprint 100 meters. How incredibly realistic for a high school runner that goes to school Blue Team. I could speed walk 100 meters at that pace.

Even if it's not playing Basketball, he still has arms and hands to shoot the ball.
He can become a Basketball coach, a basketball trick shooter, and even a basketball champion.
Opportunities always rest around the corner.
You just have to find them.
