Nice build, and it flies as good as it looks! Happy flying! Thank you for sharing and posting this video! Please have an excellent and awesome day! ☀️✨✈️
Hey quick question as I’m currently building this kit. Where did you get the 1/16” x 3/32” spars for the rudder and stabilizer? Did you cut them from scrap wood or am I missing them on one of the die cuts? I just don’t know what I’m supposed to use for that, thanks
Thanks so much for your presentation of this fine build and flight! May i request the file for the 3d printed engine? I am about to do a Stearman Conversion and would like to print out that motor for mine. Carl (Surfduke) Hewlett
So much of the airframe can be cut away without losing any structural integrity. Guillows are nice scale designs for static but fly like crap without major alterations. Don't even think about rubber power for the scale ones. The larger ones like the F-6-F can be converted into nice R/C electric power models. Forget the multi-engine bombers. unless you like a B-24 to fly like an F-16.

Awesome and beautiful as well.
You did a beautiful job building this model! I look forward to trying to build one of these too as an RC.
Beautifully executed.
Good work! . I have one in the box for the last few years. Inspired to build it as rc now.
Good idea for the new year :-)

Well done! It flies as good as it looks.
Thank you very much Jon. Yours conversion SE5A was my inspiration before building Stearman :-)
Nice! Great work with the moving surfaces!
Thanks for coment 👍
Very nice model!
Great job!!!
Well done!
Excellent
Very nice! You have inspired me.
Suoer :-))
Super
Excelent model! I would like to know how do you plug and take off the battery to charge it. Love it
Thanks, The battery is under the front seat, which is cut out at the bottom
how great.

I no longer remember how many balsa boards were in the box, but it was enough for the whole model and there was something extra left.

Awesome 👌
Thanks
Great build! Great video! What did you use for covering? Monocoat? Parkalite? Or another covering? I have a Guillow Steerman kit.
Thanks. I used covering films from Hobby King

One other question, where did you manage to fit the battery?
At 2:47 you can see the battery connector and the battery is in the front part under the balsa cover above the landing gear
super :-)
Thanks :-)

Ha!, I built the B-24 and it doesn't fly like an F-16, I can slow down the F-16 and still maintain altitude.

Micr!
Great model, give it a break, fly from a smooth strip. Small wheels and grass not good for longevity.
