I just got my copy today of 'Discovery' on vinyl, this song is my childhood, I remember hearing this a while back around when I was 12 maybe even 11, I connected with this song very easily, the lyrics are a little cheesy but they express a lot towards someone, the unresolved funk sample from George Duke's 'I Love You More' is very well reworked for this electronic pop song and the insane synthesizer guitar solo at the end is just such a great piece of music to end this beautifully crafted love song of the early 2000s, thank you for giving life back to music and for the digital love.

One night about a month ago my Grandpa and I were driving to find a place for dinner after a hockey game in Connecticut, I played 6 different songs. 3 by Jamiroquai (Virtual Insanity, Too Young to Die and Cosmic Girl) and 3 by Daft Punk (Music Sounds Better With You, if you consider that Daft Punk and One More Time). The last song I played before we arrived at where we were going to eat was Digital Love. Being on the highway at night in the rain really set the mood, but we had gotten off at an exit and went down a dark road in the middle of a wooded area just in time for the guitar solo towards the end. It all felt so empowering, and when I asked my grandpa how much he liked the songs I played, he said that he liked all 6 songs and that they are examples of modern music that he himself thinks are actually good.

There is a specific note or tone or something in this that, for some reason, puts pressure on my eardrum. It's a bit unpleasant but not painful in anyway, just thought I should share this because I've literally never experienced this particular sensation from song before lol.
