-Working of Kundalini in our Mind- Section 1 - (IESM) centers are the instrument of Decoding which is fairly active in us but not in harmony with each other. Section 2b (concentration, Intuition, meditation) Section 3 (Peramental) Section 4 (Transcendental) These instruments of decoding(centers) are always here in us but not active, so we need to first accept them, embrace them & then start working on them. Our brain has certain types of cells which take these impulses & decode them accordingly, this process is also affected by past life sanskars that we carry through. So we must investigate our own self, try to understand, go to our own roots, see through our mistakes & transmute our energy into spiritual energy. -We take all these impulses & then convert into resultant intensity which is either positive or negative. We must be aware of the impulses & the resultant intensity they are creating, like a movie we must be able to see it, the whole moment of energy within, the play of (IESM). Take right impulses & discard negative impulses as a poison. Control of the impulses through (IESM) should be in our control, we must be able to see how this whole play is working consciously only then we will be able to control & transmute it. Start increasing your (I) center intensity through spiritual books, constructive ideas and discipline. Then it will lead you to clarity from a confused state. When clarity builds it will create those cells which will sustain its intensity/energy. - This resultant intensity keeps increasing by time & then it becomes so intense- 1 Zen Yoga Unit. Then this 1 Zen yoga unit flows through sushumna nadi upwards thus awakening our kundalini then our real spiritual journey starts, when we know from our own experience that we are not just our body & mind. -Anyone can awaken this kundalini who thinks, so are you ready?
