- So we got a call to rescue a Jeep Wrangler in some very hot and soft sand. The day didn't end there we had head back out to Sand Hollow and recover two Razors and a Chevy.

I got the same a few months ago. Random click on the recommended list and now not only have I watched every single one on the channel I cant wait till I get new ones but I'm a Jeeper so i'm partial and I did a road trip through most of Utah many years ago so I enjoy seeing the area again.

Trevor Dennis Two guys and there positive outlook, will do more for Matt and his team, than just 2 T-shirts, it’s called public relations, I was in retail ie owned and operated a Hobby Shop, also worked many exhibitions, and to give something away does wonders to all those a round, for my money, good on you Matt.🇦🇺

Great video Matt. Very impressed with the Banana hauling 2 Rzrs and a trailer out of the sand. "We got ourselves a convoy. East bound and down..." The last customer had such an infectious laugh and a voice deeper than the Grand Canyon.
What pleasant jolly gentlemen stuck in the truck. I helped my husband roof our house in the summer in Yuma AZ. Never again! Lizzie you are a woman of many talents!
I lived in Yuma, people don't know what heat is until they go there.
1: roofing ain't no joke.
2: 13% humidity is a killer on the throat.
3. Clay is slicker than snot.

I live in SC and 13% is nice! Humidity here is so bad you got to chew the air before you swallow it.
I can't remember the last time I saw 13% humidity. It's never below 70-80% here in the Midwest 😂
Michael Taylor i live in Phoenix and the humidity feels different out west. When it’s 10% and above it’s miserable. You can have the 70% + 😆
I’d take the 13 percent over 95 % humidity.. today is a nice break from the usual and it’s 51% humidity. I can’t wait for fall to kick in

@Dean Bennett yeah, I know. That's why I'm blown away by what he's doing. Even the thought frames bend, mine had before I spent 17k on making it a monster. He's got one heck of a reinforcement job under that Jeep. I'd like to see the underside of his to know just how much steel he's using to keep that Jeep Cherokee's frame straight.
My grandparents bought one in 1991 and she's just sitting there. I'd hate to cut it up because it was a part of my childhood and I like the TJ interior of my trophy crawler that saved my life. 17k saved me from 4 flips and one flop at a combined speed of 75. Sheared off my 35 spline able shaft in my Dana 60 at the 9" outer bearing.

ive been really impressed at the comments for his videos they are overwhelmingly positive/good not hateful especially compared with the average youtube video, then again hes not your average youtuber either.

inadvertently solved one of the most perplexing issues in relationships. Communication!
Women when you want us to do something we need it simple. Catch phrases do just that! Just develop a phrase for any given task and we will get the message without all the fuss. Find one for different chores, what food your in the mood for etc.

Lizzy makes the recovery processs wholesome. she takes instructions and does just that. a car being towed in reverse direction is the most difficult to control. she manages to control the car being towed with a smile. it must be some skill of some sort. kudos rescue team

I've done a couple roofs in my life. When she said how hot it was and that she had been roofing all day it removed all doubt that she's tougher than me.

@Dean Bennett My first wife was a farmgirl from Wisconsin. She looked slight, but we would go to caravels and play fool the guesser. They could never guess close. She was 5'5, 160# They never guessed over 120. She was rock solid. She weighed more than me at 6'
Yes, my respect for Liz went even higher hearing she is a roofer. It's as hot as hell right now, but she'd have to deal with below freezing weather in mid winter.

That camera angle on the first extraction from the soft sand, was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for capturing the kinetic rope's engineering genius. Yankum Ropes are legit. Very Cool!!!!

I did one summer of roofing when I was in College, that was enough.
Same here. I was on the tear off crew. We had a hard working crew. Rough in the heat though.
I did commercial roofing (warehouses). Metal roofs in the South Texas sun🥵

yup did it for 2 years. up in the north east its not often we get that hot, however 85°/90° with a 100% humidity in the summer then 10°/25° in the winter
@@IronmanV5 I did residential in South Florida. When you were doing roof trusses or sheathing the roof and it started raining, work stopped. Most of the time, you got your tropical downpour and a little bit later it would stop and everyone would go back to work.
I started on a concrete form crew though, so you knew if it rained, you were working in the mud all day. Everything would get suctioned right into the ground. Such a miserable ass day when that happened.
Yea, I did it in south dakota gor a yesr. I had friends that roofed in las vegas. Most ended up with skin cancer sooner or later; mostly sooner.
I have daughter whose name is Liz as well. She just got back from a two week tour of the western States with her friends. All I told her before she left was "steer clear of those fires Lizzy girl." Thanks for another great vidjya and God bless.👍

Matt and the frequent headliners- Ed, Rudy, Jaymie, et all, not to mention the recent walk-on You Tube sensation- Lizzy are all pure Americana.
However, to be honest the beauty of this channel is equal parts "stars" plus video photographers/drone operators plus editors/audio mixers.
The video photographers go extreme to capture amazing video from multiple angles. Then the editor(s) arrange it superbly with audio mix and well timed captions.
I wish people would back off on Randy. In my opinion he occasionally trips or slips because he is totally mission focused on "getting the shot".
Matt strikes me as a guy who doesn't have the patience to sit at a 'puter for two hours "cobbling together" and uploading a video. Major props to the whole production team, especially the unnamed who do the editing and mixing.
Casey's status is none of my business. I only mention to wish him well.
I really enjoy the recoveries where Matt and Paul team-up. After all, they are the most complex, challenging and informative recoveries.

Not trying to be a jerk but in my experience in life the people who go around thinking that the world's full of dumb people are usually the ones that are the dumb ones. I tend to think MOST people are smart enough and logical enough.
frank smith go watch the interviews of college students in the street these people dont know what year the usa became the usa, who won the civil war, what it was about, who the first president was, they dont even know what the lines mean on the American flag. Im from New Zealand and I know more about the usa than most of these brainwashed America hating idiots
