I found her reading fine.

At I was unsure of the of the reader at first. But if you give her chance, the accent become most enjoyable. From Great Britain? I picture a nice and proper Elementary Teacher

unfortunately I can't understand the reader.
This is the 1st reader I have not been able to understand , I find I must us extreme volume and use every bit of concentration I have to understand her , for me its very uncomfortable being forced to hang on every word because of the slurred words and thick British accent , its like listening to Billy Connolly doing the reading , I made it to the 14 minute mark & feel exhausted , thanks for the channel as I'm sure I will find another short story to listen to on the channel , I always do :)

I have been watching quality British shows for decades so I can usually follow their pronunciation as long as it's not Cockney. But many Americans have a hard time following British English which can be beautiful and elegant or very annoying. And I bet you they feel the same about our American English.
Slow down the audio.
If your struggling to understand this ladies accent I am thinking you must of spammed every other audiobook I have listen to as I would say this is one of the clearest I have had the pleasure to listen to

It is pronounced and spelled "planetary" not 'planetry' .. Her voice is too high and she talks to fast.
And it's too fast not to fast.
Her pronunciation is terrible, she is not a natural reader. I can't follow the story for trying to work out what she is saying.
