I know you can get Thorn Blade from Flowey with 5% change, and that you also need 2 Vine spells to craft it which you can buy from Flowey NPC for 2 Soul Gems. However, I still don't understand Thorn Handle, ppl say you can get it from presents with chance, but I've been opening presents non-stop for 2 days and still didn't get it (I already have 2 Ice Swords btw). So my guess is that either ppl where trolling or that I'm just unlucky. Edit: So, apparently, I managed to get one from ripple and one from present, from what it seems they are quite rare but can be obtained from both sources.

@@criteriaz5063it’s not a special version of an item that triggers a combo. you just need to equip the normal stick and bandage (and also have DT soul) to get the soul combo.
