My comment: For anyone curious about the history of this horse: it was recently renamed Warrior (warrior in Portuguese) by the man who rescued it. the horse is elderly, over 20 years old. About 14 months ago, his hull literally fell off (the reason is unknown). he would be slaughtered, but when Célio (who rescued him) saw the warrior, he noticed that he was still full of life and didn't seem like he wanted to give up. Célio got in touch with a YT channel, still small, called "porteira ABERTA" (meaning open gate or something like open range) that has treated "Guerreiro" and shows his recovery during the 6 months of treatment. They estimate that it could still take a year for the hull to return to a normal standard, but it will never recover 100%.
