- Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Jammu-Kashmir said that he did not seek any advice from Centre before dissloving the state assembly. He said that it would have led to Sajjad Gani Lone forming the Government. He was speaking as a Chief Guest at a program organized by ITM University, Gwalior. Jammu-kashmir Rajbhawan, however, later clarified that there was no pressure from the Central Government.

@@pksingh3232 yes both alliance has claimed it, Becauee BJP is such a fraud party that it can buy governor and form government with out proving majority. Like they did in Karnataka where as we know that Congress Alliance in J&K has majority of MLA which won there in last election.
From the same election results we know that BJP alliance do not have majority mark of MLA there the only way they can claim government there if Congress alliance MLA's supported BJP Alliance- which isn't the case!!
So BJP claimed to formed the government because they tend to buy the MLA's or buy the governor and hijack J&K government just like karnataka with proving majority!!
