This is my favorite of all the places you’ve shown!
Glad you liked it!
Take a drink every time he posts a video in Hawaii!!!!!
yessir!
Kudos to You for Updating your thumbnails with updated prices; Mahalo😃🤙!
Thanks! Doing my best!
I guess the only thing I would change would be to declutter the garage and put in a good shelving system to enlarge the open space. The exterior and interior are both stunning. Thanks Mike for another great video!
That's a great idea!
Aloha Mike, I LOVE the Extra Details you add in your ONO Presentations! I have observed this Listing for several months but wondered why they were asking a premium over comparable hales.
I agree 100%. When I looked inside, I finally understood. Houses like this need tours- 30 photos on Zillow won't cut it!
Such a beautiful home
Thanks Wayne!
You forgot to mention that the Office & Living Room had Media Areas set-up for 5.1 Home Theater (In-Wall/Ceiling Speakers) which I noticed in your "Fly-Bys." Also, the PV System is ground based which eases making additions/changes.👍
Very good points!
18:10 when you step out to the Lanai; a record for you, 🤣🥰
Whar I love about the extra-large garage space, (You should have measured that with your laser tape measure!). People don't realise the DAMAGE that UV does to Paint & Gelcoat (eg. Boats & RVs). Do they have a Battery System with their PV System?
It's on the old net metering system so the grid is the battery.
Maybe swap out the spa tub for a long 'swim spa type unit? Or just spend the $$ for a pool
I think the new buyers might end up doing that.
Thanks for another great video Mike! Random question, I noticed a lot of homes have interesting rain gutters, as in they don’t have piping from the roof line to the ground but those ornamental looking upside down bell things. Is that common in Hawaii? I totally thought they were just decoration first time I saw it.
That is correct. I'd say its about 50/50.
All that home needs is a view of Kealakekua Bay. 🐬
Let's find a plot of land and make it happen!
@@HawaiiRealEstate Let's wait after the crash next month and a decent recovery. Next summer I should be there looking around.
Add a Greenhouse & perhaps add some goats & chickens + LIFePO Batteries (Of course, its me😉).
Cool idea!
The kitchen is bigger than my house!?! lol
It's massive!
64,900
Definitely not a starving artist.
Agreed!
No swimming pool? seriously? the place is gorgeous but I would not want to have to install the pool.
we can definitely find you a home with a pool!
You only work in Kona?
I work a lot on the entire West side, with a few exceptions. I have a dozen other agents in my office that I partner with for the other side, and I can work the entire state, but will often partner for other islands.
No pool deal breaker. Beautiful otherwise! 😢
Next time!
