@scorelessabe-_-3528 thanks, it's a threaded rod and some couplers I put together; I didn't go with any specific length just eyeballed it

Amazing video man always love watching Trucking videos🤟😊 I have a question buddy. Since this is a manual transmission truck. Why are you shifting gears so quickly? I mean you don't extend the timing between gear shifting? Sorry man was curious coz here in India truckers take time to shift gears from 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
@MFdestroyer thanks, this style truck has 18 gears with close ratios so you have to shift them sooner

What steering wheel and shifter, steering wheel and pedals for like a Pete 389 or 18 speed truck do you recommend for ATS that’s not too expensive
@aidengrove I have some links in the description for ideas, I started off with Logitech and have slowly been upgrading over the years
How do you go about your paintjobs? I like the simplicity of them! I haven't found any decent instructions on doing them, with things like the hood numbers and stuff.
@maeshughessr369 there's a few videos on here that walk through the process; it's challenging at first but after you get the hang of it then it's easy

What’d you use for the extension on your shifter?
@JacobLeverett it's just a threaded rod and some couplers.....nothing fancy but it works great for quickly swapping back to a short throw shifter for racing
How do you setup that computer for the brakes and stuff ?
@demarireed2763 it's all done through USB connections, there's a few videos on here that walk through the process for both this game and Euro Truck Simulator which is similar

@bmxzav the design I'm using came from the Community section of the Sim Dashboard; I downloaded it a few years ago so I'm not sure if it's still on there

Curious what mod you use for the realism of the trick shaking from the torque and weight of the trailer?
@matthewkirkendall4925 it's actually part of the base game, it was an update they did a few versions back....you can adjust a slider in the settings to make it more noticeable
