I agree with Tarja completely about rock and metal music being life changing! I think her vocals are amazing, but the fact she pairs it up with rock, makes her sound so interesting and exciting!

The combination of classical and rock & pop is why we are here! How did it happen, was a lucky strike to the whole symphonic metal genre! Sure there were bands who were already combining symphonic music with metal when Nighwish was born, but Tarja's female classical singing was the bomb, and still is. And she ALSO COMBINES her singing with her stage charisma and being so damn cute. She charms.
