100 years ago,creatures called Alphas emerged seemingly out of nowhere,The humans feared them,and the Alpha's attacked them,causing A war between the Humans and The Alpha's, now after the war ended the Alpha's won and forced the humans into hiding,and the Alpha's hunt them to keep their population down,so they don't attempt an uprising, Dake,A fifteen year old Alpha must kill A human to prove his worth in his tribe,but he doesn't want to,he meets A human named Aku,who lives in a hidden human village,but after Dake accidentally kills A human girl from Aku's village,he tries to avoid his family, A month later his sister Hana runs away,he goes to find her and Aku helps him,now Dake will stay in the human village with Aku,Hana,and Akira(Aku's brother)but not without the villagers hate and fear of him,he has to prove himself to the villagers and avoid telling Aku that he killed Aku's friend,meanwhile others plan to hurt him,and the Alpha's are close to finding the village,Will Dake choose his mothers people, the humans?or will he go against his feelings for Aku,and fight with the Alpha's in a possible upcoming war?
