Nice video. We can apply the GPO on specific OU workstation groups or it applicable on entire domain network..

You can just apply it to specific OU's and then it will only apply to workstations within that OU.

Yes. For chome there is a setting called "Configure the home page URL (Home page folder)" which you can use to set a default homepage. For other browsers, you can also do this but the setting might be called something else.
