thanks for uploading these videos Matt. it's been great watching you develop these panels and share some of your metal shaping knowledge. they're a real help to a beginner like myself, i'll be rewatching them for years to come. the Cobra body is looking fantastic.
Absolutely beautiful well done.what a achievement. After this build a aluminium 58 corvette body 😊I know the original was fibre glass but every second person has a cobra but a corvette is scarce make it your own style with the basic corvette shape
My friend, what skill you have. Especially on the wheel. It must have taken years to get that good🙂. I like to imagine myself doing a lot of the stuff I see on RUclips, but this - no way. Well done.
Fabulous! I was once a vintage car restorer, and was taught some of the old techniques by an ex Pressed Steel Fisher man. I never had a wheel, though, and never had TIG, just gas, flippers/hammers and dollies. Of course, most of the cars I did were steel. Well done, your work is excellent. BTW, the music is great - Like Dr John and JJ Cale got together.
Here's something I don't understand: when the new skin sits on the buck isn't it at least a percent larger than the buck? When the car is finished won't it be a percent larger than the original, and does it fit okay? It sure looks good to me, I'm a big ol' American and always found the cobras to be tiny--I would welcome even one percent increase in size.
If all is built well the aluminium body will only be fractions of mm larger than the original (no more than filler and paint on a fiberglass body) but this is a larger 427 body so us big guys will easily fit😁
You're not even going to notice the difference, they said in the video it's technically bigger by the thickness of the material that you're cladding it with....
Looking gewd, is there going to be a follow up of the supercar video? I’m curious to see how that turned out, as curious as I am to see the progress of the cobra. Don’t leave us hanging…
As a former owner of a 1967 Roadster, I'll have to say that you are a blessed craftsman! Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you!
Looks absolutely wicked, congratulations Matt! It fit on the buck like a glove! 🎉
Bro got skills 👍👍👍
Old world craftsmanship.
It's a work of art, it's always good to watch an artisan at work
This is coming out amazing, nothing more relaxing than watching some quality fab work!

Stunning work 💪🏽 love to see the channel growing too. Nice outro on the video 👍🏽 Thanks for sharing
Thanks man! Don't want to sound corny but we truly appreciate the well wishes
Extraordinary! Beautiful work 👌
Such good work - you guys deserve a better garage!
You’re an absolute magician mate 👌
That was worthy of the "Sluuurrrp Nice". And, could be cool design on a Brough Built Teeshirt IMO
what a gorgeous shape... says vroom vroom!
Pretty damn good. .. It should become a T shirt..... Loving the lines and the different stages of the build on the one panel.... Kudos.
I like it! It's time for some new Ts😁

Looks better than the original.
Looks absoultely spectacular!
WOW!! Amazing Job and skillz!!
An all aluminum cobra is absolutely a thing of beauty...you can have the mona lisa, an all aluminum cobra is more difficult if ya ask me.
Matt you certainly shape metal far better and easier than you talk to the little box. Having said that it is what makes you a huuman!
It is a thing of beauty!?!?
Lovely work. In future, can you consider a AC Ace build? The Ace is more shapely than the Cobra. All the best.
Can you bend me up a aluminum cobra??? 🤔 💭
Great work.
By the way, I see a lot of young Sean Connery in you.
But, I am sure you haven't heard that before.
Bond
James Bond 😮

Ha ha,that,s what I thought.
Then you have a new car 🚗 that is one inch wider, and one inch taller. Just call it the Shoe 👞 cobra.😊
I am 6' 4"
Can you bend me up a Extra Large Cobra.
About 6" longer.
That's what my wife keeps telling me. 😮
amazing!!!! WOW
Incredible!
What do you say if the final look of the car was polished like the Cloud Gate in Chicago...

Awesome work Matt! How many hours do you think you have into the front clip?
Lekka manne!
wow ,,, another left handed tig welder , a lot of interweb tig welders are left handed ,,
Left handedness is underrated 😁
