My summer routine in a polish village

Spend a summer day at our home in a polish country-side! I'll gladly take you along and show you how our life looks like here.
Picking fresh blueberries, making fermented food, freezing coriander - we do everything that we can to prepare for winter!
Sumer days in Poland start early in the mornig, by feeding and letting the animals out, and end late, after sunset.
Obviously not every day looks like this, this is when we have a free day, mostly on Saturdays.

Dzien dobre! It is many decades since I last visited Poland - I was a young journalist and was at a press conference with Gen Jaruzelski just before Poland became free. Easily some of the nicest people in the world! I have been to Warsaw and Lodz and have lovely memories of those weeks. And, my closest buddy in the US is a Polish Jewish friend, easily one of the world's finest photographers! Wszystkiego najlepszego!
