If you compare to Asics and Saucony, most Jordans, Nikes and Adidas are overpriced. There are some outliers like the Adidas Iniki and Nike Skylon II which pricepoints are acceptable. The Jordan 1 Shadows are not too bad... They were 160-180?

Honestly the black ones are nice to rock every day. My favorite have to be the super moon yellow and the reason that they don’t have multiple colors is because the shoe was made for a monochromatic look, style. Also adiprene plus was a Adidas top-of-the-line cushioning before boost so if adiprene is 9 and boost is 10 and I don’t have to pay an extra $100 for boost like the 700 that drop today I’ll take adiprene all day..
I have the blush and I love them. I think a lot of the hate around this shoe is centered around the fact that it doesn't have boost. It's still comfortable, they can get hot and stuffy and start feeling like pillows. But these things are premium. The materials feel so good.
@@w.h.johnson404 I haven't tried the 700's yet but if the laces aren't tight there will be alot of foot room , but when the laces are tight it's a perfect fit, the tongue is somewhat connected to the shoe, but it's a easy shoe to put on, and for padding the heel is like a pillow, and the shoe overall has like a medium padding upper, which I think is perfect for this shoe, overall I would give this shoe an 8 for comfort and style and materials
@@w.h.johnson404 also the tongue has some good padding as well, the way the shoelaces are set up you'll barely know they're there when you really lace them up and perferably wear these with shorts because you'll feel the most comfortable but that's a personal preference

i honestly have a little bit of regret buying the 500s since they were not as comfortable as the 350s. but the 500s still looks dope on feet so i'm kinda happy i bought a pair.

They are already retro style sneakers. They will get better and better with time. Just like the 700. Watch how much the OG colorway of the waverunner will be when they permanently stop producing them and move onto the v2 700 and beyond. These are the beginning of an era and will be worth a fortune in years to come
I know this is years ago but totally feel the opposite in regards to quality. Out of all Yeezy models I feel like these have the best materials and are the best priced. Personally, materials feel better than the 700 V1s.
I just bought these exact same yeezys on Stock X. I almost bought the Blush but decided on Yellow moon because it’s so different. Do you like the yellow moon or Blush better? Seemed to me like the Blush was too boring. I also liked the moon yellow because it looks super old like how shoes yellow after a while. I thought that was super smart for Kanye to think of that. Also you turned me on Jordan’s. I got sick of having the same Jordan’s but different color ways.

For real 'heads, hype and resell don't matter. What matters is the shoe they like is on their feet. Most "sneakerheads" today are just resellers, cashing in on the hype.
Just a personal opinion, but the shoes look like they were old and weathered when they were brand new. The suede texture almost never looks new, even when brand new. Not my taste, all good though.

This is better quality than 90% of Air Jordan’s which you don’t complain about so I don’t think the price should be a con.
