Hello from Denmark :) Those are some really nice finds. I used to drive my parents crazy with all of the rocks I wanted to bring home every time we visited Norway. The best places I found were new road construction sites full of fresh material. Never found anything really special though except for some nice druzy clear quartz though.
I would advise investing in a stone saw, you could use it to make deep and precise cuts which could help you in getting things out fully intact and in larger pieces

Probobly a verk good idé. But very heavy when you do hiking /alpine rockhounding and stuff like that. I Will look for a small one😉
You should try to take a piece of t-shirt over your flashlight to make it easier for your camera to focus in the dark pockets
