I think that when she releases music, the people that don't follow her gain interest in her discography and The Fame and The Fame Monster are her most iconic and epic eras, so that's probably why they stream more those records instead of Born This Way, Artpop or Joanne.

ARTPOP wasn't a bad album, it had a lot of potential and although it was very ambitious, it wasn't just promoted or publicized as it should.

Because U.S has no fucking taste and they view her as just a singles artist unfortunately. In Europe her albums do great. LOUD is 7x platinum in UK one of the highest selling albums from an international female artist. Also I think 5 of her 8 albums peaked at #1 in Switzerland. She sells like crazy in France too.
